CE OSD V1.6(support ChainLinkDare Rx, 100A current sensor)

,

The new v1.6 CEOSD, 100A current sensor, support ChainLinkDare Rx now

We noted serveral customers  talked about there may be wrong for the CEOSD v1.6 and Nova OSD's mAh consuming readings. So we do the test for both the CEOSD, according to the test, there is totally no problem for CEOSD, at least for the firmware, there is no problem. So there may be some reasons for the feedback:1:  The current sensor may be 50A, but not 100A, please check  your current sensor. The 50A current sensors have a mark"ACS754  CB-050". but the 100A have a mark"ACS758 LCB-100B"2:  Some customer have a misunderstanding about lipo, a 4000mah never can discharge 4000mah when the sigle cell's volt drops to 3.8v.

Customed for BEVRC. The V1.6 have some differences in PCB, but you just need to pay attention to the marks of the PCB, you can connect them right.
Defination of the marks on the main board PCB:
GPS: connected to the GSP with the cable
KEY:connected to the reset button.
SEV: connected to one spare channel of your radio receiver to swith the screen of the OSD showing
TX: reserved
RSSI: connected to your analog RSSI, to show the volt of RSSI.
AV OUT: connected to your video transmitter
AV IN: connected to your video camera
SENSOR:connected to the current sensor
BAT:connected to a battery which power your video devices
PINS with Jumper: to choose the power source
The newest version of CEOSD, switch-mode power and Imperial unit support.
 How to swith units?
Press the reset button for a while, the unit will change.

Includes:
1* OSD main board
1* 10hz GPS with cable
1*100A current sensor
some leads.
Manual download: Manual

Feature:
CEOSD is featured in small dimension, light weight and plug & play. This OSDis fully automatic without any manual setup; it adapts to 5 or 10 Hz GPS as well as PAL and NTSC video signal input. RSSI (receiver signal strength identification) is also realized on this tiny OSD.
U can switch between 2 interfaces during your flight using one of your radio channel.
one is radar, and one is blank(looks like u turn off your OSD), see the pic below.

Power jumper: connect 1 and 2 to power up OSD and wireless video equipments withadditional 12V power supply; connect 2 and 3 to power up OSD and wireless videoequipments with planes 3S (11.1V )power battery.

User guideConnect the equipments as above, power it on, and OSD shows start-up screen asbelow:

After several seconds:

As GPS beginning to search satellites, the satellite number is indicated by theGPS strength icon on the upper right corner. A flashing icon indicates weak orunreliable GPS strength and take-off in this situation is not recommended.(with goodGPS signal, the satellite searching would last 1-5 minutes depending on differentcircumstances). The status LED on the main board will begin to flash after enoughand reliable GPS signal is maintained; meanwhile, the OSD timer starts to count, which refreshes at the same frequency of GPS (5HZ, 10HZ).Note: CEOSD detects the working frequency of GPS and automatically matches it at start-up.

Important Considerations1. Before taking off, in case the readings are not correct, press reset button toreset all parameters. (This operation will reset altitude, distance, timer, currentand mAh consumed).2.When OSD detect 0 voltage on the power battery, it will not display voltage, currentand mAh consumed of power battery.3. Return to Home:The H on the screen indicates Home, when the home is in front of the plane,H will not flash; when home is behind the plane, H will flash; When H is in the middleand not flash, it indicates the plane is heading directly to home; When the H isin the middle and flash, it indicates the plane is flying 180 degree away from home; How to return to home: when H is on the left ,turn left; when the h is on the right, then turn right.4.CEOSD will automatically detect video signal input and support both PAL andNSTC signal.5.CEOSD heats up during working, which is normal.

RSSI voltage displayCEOSD can display RSSI voltageRSSI voltage measuring range: 0.13.3V, when this voltage is below 0.1v, OSD willnot display this parameter. How to use:Soldering two wires as indicated below to the RSSI port on the receiver. In casethe OSD display switching cable is already connected with the receiver, only connecta RSSI voltage wire to the OSD, duplicated ground cable is not necessary.

Note: In order to display RSSI voltage, the user has to open the receiver and to solder wiresby himself and bears all consequent damage due to this operation.
