Binding Instructions:, As any spektrum receiver, the diversity board and the satellite receivers connected to it will have to be bound to your spektrum transmitter. To enter the binding mode, you will need to hold the binding button pressed while powering on the circuit. All attached satellite recievers will be blinking fast during binding mode. The LED on the diversity receiver board will blink briefly 3-6 times, then it will turn off for a few seconds after which it will start flashing again - waiting for the RC signal. At this point follow the instructions of your RC transmitter to turn it on in binding mode. When the RC binding signal is detected, the satellite receivers will follow their routine of binding and blink slower. This litte diversity controller has been designed to connect 4 different spektrum satteliete receivers to your MK Flight Controller increasing the sensitivity, reliability and coverage of your RC signal. This board comes with 5 spektrum satellite type connectors already soldered on for easy setup.
After powering the circuit on, the LED blinks fast, until a valid RC signal is received on one of the connected satellite receivers. At this point the diversity switches to that channel and the LED will turn off. If all satellite receivers have valid RC signal, the strongest signal wins. During operation, if the active receiver loses the signal, the diversity will switch to another of the connected satellite receivers and the LED on the circuit will lit permanently as an indication that the previous receiver had a glitch. The lit LED can turned off at any time with a short press on the binding button. The LED will be off till the next glitch is detected.
If the binding does not succeed, then it must be repeated still maximum 3 times. The diversity controller has been programmed with 4 different binding sequences for different spektrum product combinations, and try each of these at the next binding attempt.
Every time new spektrum receivers are connected the binding process has to be repeated.
