*Connect battery or power will repeat the whole charging procedure.
*If the LED tuns from Red to Green again and again slowly,the charger enters testing
mode,At this time,output isnot stopped,Must disconnect the power or battery,then
connect it again,Otherwise,it will cause serious problem.
