The included hard case sun shade, with a plastic frame slides over the monitor and lock with tabs in place. When not used you can close it down and protect the display with it.
The monitor is equipped with 1/4-20 thread mounting hole on the bottom, so it can be easily mounted on a tripod.
This monitor is equipped with a built in dual diversity 32 channel 5.8Ghz receivers and a built in 2200mAh battery assuring self powered operation for over two hours. The channels are user selectable through a 5 position dip switch on the back.
