This is the Dumas L-19 Bird Dog Kit 40".

Two piece wing with center section
High mount placement
Covering: Two sheets of red and two sheets of white tissue
Cowl: Vacuum molded plastic, white in color
Landing Gear: Preformed wire .062" (1.6mm) diameter with .032" (0.81mm) diameter tail wheel wire
Wheels: Two 1.75" (45mm) diameter lightweight foam main wheels and one 0.75" (19mm) plastic tail wheel
Windows: Three sheets acetate with pattern in manual for all windows
Rudder: Pull-pull style with horn and cables included.
