Digital Servos (DS / MP / MPH series) may move slightly around centre while on the ground, this is normal and will not occur in flight.,
The MPH83TWV is a very impressive servo, extreme torque and a reasonably high speed, it has been designed for use with aerobatic aircraft and helicopters but is also great for many other uses where a high spec servo is required.
The repetitive motion of a servo whilst in use places a large burden on each component. The recent development of brushless motors has increased the product life of servo motors dramatically, however, when determining servo position using existing potentiometers, long-period use causes wear inside the potentiometer parts so that smooth linear operation becomes impossible. To address this issue JR has developed a new type of servo with non-contact position detection using Linear Hall ICs, which enable position detection using magnetic force. Using this technology, JR has now perfected its next generation of MPH Series Linear Hall Sensing Servos.
A variety of receiver batteries are available on the model market. With certain batteries, the modeller must carefully choose appropriate servos or ...
