Note: A coax cable (sold separately) is typically used to connect an RF device to this antenna. Due to coax's high RF losses at 5.8GHz operation, for best performance the cable should be as short as possible (no more than a few inches long)., Model:, ,
This broadband patch antenna is ideal for 5.8GHz RF applications. It measures 4.5" square and combines 8 dBi gain with broad coverage. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The antenna is linear polarized and can be oriented for either vertical or horizontal polarization.
Rugged weatherproof internal elements and an aesthetic UV-stable, UL flame rated white plastic radome help ensure many years of trouble free operation.
Manufactured by L-Com (Hyperlink Technologies).
An integral SMA female connector is provided. We stock mating SMA cables, as well as convenient adapters for RP-SMA installations.
