GoPro - Dual Camera Housing GoPro+CCD Hero1&2 - White
"Snap-In"-Mechanism for a complete protection and a stable mounting:, We are especially proud of this, thats why the housing has been named after it: Due to a front-plate with a "snap"-mechanism, the box is completely sealed. There is no open side, which means the GoPro is completely safe inside and can't fall out. Also you do not need any rubber or zip-tie to close it., :, The housing comes with everything you need to install one of the widely available replacement lenses (for the skeleton-housing). It does not need to be glued in, but instead is being hold perfectly tight by 3 nylon screws. This way the lens can be used in different front-plates and/or housings., :, By using the 3 countersunk screws and the buttefly nuts included in the Quadrixette 30-frames, the housing can be mounted very flexible, :, "Snap" can be easily installed/uninstalled on the Quadrixette 30/40. This way you can quickly change between different cameras if needed., The special thing: The GoPro can be mounted, so that the lens indeed is really in the middle of the frame, not "a bit" tending to one side (which looks stupid on video).,
"Click" is a mounting system for cameras in the FPV-area. In this case (ha!) for the GoPro for HD-recording and a CCD-Cam for the AV-out. The GoPro does have a AV-out also, but the picture quality is much worse than a real CCD-Cam optimized for FPV-usage. By using this housing, both is possible at the same time.
The design of the housing allows a wide range of usage options. It can be used on a copter, on a plane or especially on a flying wing. It comes with a backplate that can be mounted on your model. The housing then can be screwed onto it.
Due to the knurled screws the GoPro can be removed quickly on the field.
Due to this the housing is extremely resistant, i actually could stand on it (80kg) without a problem.
