RVOSD Airspeed Kit
MPXV7002DP sensor is designed to measure positive and negative pressure. In addition, with an offset specifically at 2.5V instead of the conventional 0V, this new series allows to measure pressure up to 7kPa through each port for pressure sensing but also for vacuum sensing (refer to the transfer function in the data sheet for more detailed information). Features: -2 to 2 kPa (-0.3 to 0.3 psi). 0.5 to 4.5 V Output, Activate Airspeed sensor in main menu:, Go to Screen 2-> Speed select -> change GPS to Airspeed, Save configuration:, Go to Screen 4 -> Save configuration, Note:, If configuration is not saved before restart then all changed parameters will be dropped to default. And the same operation will have to be done again., Installation:,

This kit is used to measure air speed of the plane/aircraft.
Testing Airspeed sensor
You can check the airspeed reading on RVOSD. Just blow on the pitot tube and observe the response.
For this purpose you need to solder airapeed sensor on the OSD and activate it in OSD menu.
First connect the two tubes coming out the back to the airspeed sensor. The tube coming straight out the back should go into the bottom port and the tube exiting at an angle should connect to the top port on the airspeed sensor.
Mount pitot tube on the plane. (read "How to"
here
)
Bend first 2 legs on the sonsor on each side. As shown on the picture. It's needed to reach the board when silicone tube connected.
Solder airspeed sensor to OSD board.
Done!. Ready to test...
